Tap at Upright - I was torn about entering this as a Belgian ale, but although it has substantial pils malt character, the belgian yeast really does take over (and it was essentially brewed at ale temps) - light gold pour with a very light haze - aroma is honeyed pils malt, light esters, light phenols - flavor is crisp, crackery - spice phenols of clove - strong gingerbread notes - straw, hay - grassy and peppery hops - pretty effing tasty.
