The deal with this brew, is that it’s made up of 75% Six Rye Saison, and 25% Bourbon Aged Saison (maybe the four). Tap @ their Tasting Room... Poured dark, almost brown with amber hues and a moderate head. Lots of rye bitterness, cocoa, with a round, whiskey-ish sweetness that sort of tamed it all. It was smooth and easy drinking, with still that refreshing saison dryness.
