Bomber at Lincoln Wine bar. It’s got a very unique nose with fruits and bubble gum. Flavor is also very unique--a bit of gin and tonic to it, sharp citrus and sour flavors. A bit overpowering for me especially with the high effervescence to it. Big points for uniqueness, though. alexsdad06 (10641) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - SEP 7, 2013

750 ml bottle acquired from OregonHopMonster. Thanks! Opened at our Pre-TG KB Bottle Fun in Heykevin’s driveway. Cool. Pours a mellow hazed golden hue, a touch cloudy at times, rich golden glow, a bit dulled and good frothy bright white head atop. Dies to a mellow ring, laces ok. Good deeper darker glow. Aromas offer some nice firm floral element, rose petals, elderflower. Touches of oak, brett, gentle gin presence is mellow, not intrusive. Touch of dryness, florals, and straw. Floral element, especially the elderflower sets the pace here. Gentle fruit, oak, and gentle gin presence, touches of herbal and earth, faint cool spice. Really rich nose. Initial is lighter end of medium bodied scale, touches of dry grain, dough, gentle yeastiness. Some dryness, oak, gentle tannic quality. Some florals, roses and elderflower. That elderflower comes in more full into the middle. Mellow gin, oak, and herbal qualities. Touches of fruit show apple, faint pear, mellow lactic quality shows some yogurt. More spice, touch of gin, barrel as we round the corner. Mellow faint brett and cobwebs, straw. Fruit, gentle dryness, gin and spice taper out. Mellow farmhouse and yeastiness, light lemon rind and fruit. Gentle with some really expressive flavors, firm barrel into the backend. The florals are more expressive up front. Touches of fruit, bread, farmhouse base in the middle. Really well crafted experience. The gin barrel is unique, a touch tannic and herbal, light coolness on the backend and finish. Nice damn beer. Brought this especially for Kevin. GT (10002) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 10, 2013
750mL bottle #59 of 65. Thanks to cavemanlawyer. Hardest wale in my life to trade for. Fuck. Clear, bright orange pour. Medium white foam. Good lacing. Nose is ultra fresh hibiscus lemonade, fresh oranges, key lime pie. Taste is tangy, acidic, bright tangerine and pineapple juice. Very citrus heavy and bright. Lean, acidic palate. Sharper carbonation, very quenching. I mean, you Oregon people suck. Upright is clearly up there for top ten world brewery. Palate acidic, bright, very lactic. Approaching a 5 for palate but I’ve homered up upright quite enough. jredmond (8517) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 14, 2012
Bottle at Clockwork’s Dec 8th 2012 tasting. Pours a bright, hazy yellow golden body with white lacing. Aroma is fresh and floral with notes of spice and funk. Mouthfeel is medium with a wonderful sour fluff, soft flowers, light spice, yeast and a delicate, dusty funk. Awesome saison!

Bottle 27 of 65. Shared at tasting at my house. Pours apricot gold with off white head. Nose is bright clean gin with some florals and citrus. Taste is citrus, oak, gin and ginger. Bright and clean. Medium body. j12601 (13034) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - DEC 9, 2012
Bottle number 27 of 65 at a tasting at James’s place. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Beautiful aromas of sweet floral gin and packed with juniper berries with a hint of wood and the faintest alcohol warmth. Medium bodied, soft wheat and then a bright sourness comes through. Lively, more floral gin and tartness. Really nice. Lots of complexity, super easy drinking. Loved this. Thorpe429 (5035) - , Illinois, USA - DEC 2, 2012
Big thanks to boralyl for sending this out my way. Served in a tumbler. Clear golden-peach color. The nose is slightly gin-like with some floral and earthy nights. The flavor is a bit spicy with floral notes. Touch of pepper. Very light and crisp. mcberko (18583) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 23, 2012
750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. The nose pulls out loads of the flowers - I can’t tell apart the two from each other, but very flowery aromatics, along with some Belgian yeast and light lemony zest. Flavour brings out the gin barrels very lightly, along with lots of the flowers, lots of Belgian yeast and some sharp citric notes. Reminds me more of a witbier, with its high citrus content. The barrels take a back seat and surprisingly, so do the flowers. Refreshing, but quite uninteresting to me. Not one of Upright’s better ones.
