Bottle with a huge thanks to BoFnJackson. Upright does it again. I feel like Oregoners are reverse homering everything. This beer along with BA Flora Rustica are two of the best funky saisons ever. Super citrus forward with notes of lemon and lime and flowers and berries. Rustic dirty and funky with a great tartness. So glad i got to try this. I actually preferred it over Convivial Suarez side by side. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - APR 25, 2014
Flavor explosion, stems. So many stems. Tons of flowers and rose flavors. Tart and richly complex. Absolutely amazing Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 20, 2014
Pours bright copper amber with a decent white head and orange hue. Aroma brings that funky sweet yeast and acetone that I love on wild bottle like this. There is also a floral sense to it nicely blended in as well. Flavor is just as fantastic, bringing tart floral notes, literally flowers, zingy zest ending we’ll the palate. Fantastic! A - Half-Finger Creamy head, light gold appearance.
S - Funk, sour, apricots, peach honey and pine.
T - Super dry, flora, honeysuckle and oranges. Loving the juniper berry aftertaste
M - 60/40 carbonation, dry, lingering funk
O - GREAT! Love this beer. Too bad it’s so limited.
Bottle shared by Ucusty. Thanks Dave! Deep orange blonde, quite hazy, micro bubbled foamy white head. Nose is really nice and complex; lots of barnyard buggy funk, sweet and fresh floral and pleasant herbs, light ginger, tart clementines, grapefruit. Oh wow. Flavor is very nice as well, pillowy, doughy mouthfeel, lots of funk, fruit and floral herbaceous goodness. This series continues to impress. What a treat.

cascade + upright tasting sessions - thanks to all. 86th bottle out of 120. pours hazy golden with a nice white head, some retention and lacing. dusty bretts and saison yeast, apricots, flowers, rose water and orange blossom, light bourbon notes, fruity and spicy, bit of sweetness - honey and vanilla. moderate carbonation, light to medium body, warming. subtle and craftfully made. excellent! mathieuc (3951) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 13, 2013
Pours a hazy golden with a light white head that leaves good lacing, Aroma is really nice with hibiscus and rose being felt. There are also some unidentified vegetal notes in there. Taste is really balanced between sweet and sour, feeling almost juicy. Overall this is a really great and perfumey beer, a masterful act! boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUN 28, 2010
UPDATED: APR 7, 2014 Tap @ Organic Brewers Fest... Poured amber, light red/pinkish with a whitish head. Nose was bretty, lactic, tangy, and floral. Ginger notes, floral, candied malts. A little warmth with a black pepper spice and a sour, acidic finish. Earthy, funky, and dry. This may be the best I’ve had from Upright so far.
