750, capped. Wow, wow, wow, thanks, J! Pours a cloudy and very dark amber, essentially brown, with a thin creamy tan head that goes away very quickly. Oaky nose, showing some mineral and basement, soft caramel and a bit of brown sugar. Creamy medium body with light carb. Brett is dialed pretty far back now, scattering some mineral and basement notes here and there. Toasty caramel, dark wood, and soft funk on the mid palate; light basementy finish. Very interesting and unusual take on brett barrel character. Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - NOV 16, 2014
Pours a rich golden color with two fingers of white foam. Nose is a blend of musty oak, leather, mushroom and some slight underlying tropical fruit. The palate is basement must, lots of layers of earthy funk, mushroom, unripe pineapple, rotten apple, pear, wet barrels, bitter orange pith. wedgie9 (2702) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - SEP 4, 2014
Tasted on 2/8/14 from a bottle at the hotel after the RBWG Grand Tasting. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head that leaves a very thin collar of lace. The nose is tart lemon and tangerine, plenty of brett funk, but not overwhelming. The flavor is has some lightly sweet Meyer lemon, a touch of lactic sour, and the same nicely balancing funk. The body is average with some tannin, light carbonation, and a long tart and funky finish. MrChopin (4304) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - APR 25, 2014
shimmering gold, thin white oily top, ring. Tons of grassy lime in nose, eggy brett and stinky hay. Citrus heavy brett at front, mid is oily, bit sharp, salty finish with a short end. Harsher but not as expressive as their better efforts. Sarlacc83 (2287) - Portland, Oregon, USA - APR 21, 2014
Bottle I brought to a tasting - no matter what Douglas88 thinks.
A: Copper with some foamy white head.
N: Orange, grapefruit, glue, grain, brett, lemon zest. Peppers and acidity.
T: Dry acidity, sweetness, and yeastiness.
M: Very dry with a good level of carbonation. Lighter body.
O: Solid. The brett has really taken over this beer in a positive way, and it should continue to grow.

Bottle thanks to Brian. Pours a cloudy orange color with a large white head. A big funky nose, brett and apples. Apricot, tropical funk, dust, sweeter elements. Very mellow, but super flavorful. Fluffy palate. Lovely. boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - APR 16, 2014
Bottle at a recent RB tasting... Poured hazy, golden-orange with a big, frothy, white head. Soft mouthfeel, well attenuated with a nice barrel and brett funk character. Earthy, funky, musky, and mildly nuanced. Easy drinking, floral, citrus fruits, black pepper, and some sweetness too. Really nice. Leighton (21841) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 8, 2014
Bottle shared late night RBWG. Pours lightly hazy gold with a foamy white head. Good stuff, nice tangy citrus notes, tangerine, mellow funk. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Light lemony tang to finish, slight yeasty dryness, pale wheat. Nicely balanced. merc7186 (3142) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - NOV 16, 2013

750mL at SDBW kick-off. Bottle #37 of 114. Verified new entry, separate back label. Low haze, bright golden peach pour. Nose is excellent juicy kumquat, pithy mangosteen, really phenomenal juicy tropical fruit. Taste is clean, juicy kumquat, pithy mango, bitter grapefruit peel balance a la 3F/Girardin geuze. Longer white grapefruit peel balance and power through the finish. Really spectacular. Worth seeking out.
