3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle 54 of 62. Pours amber with off white head. Nose and taste of rosemary, sage, lavender, gin, orange cream, oak, florals, herbs, brown sugar, light toffee and light citrus fruits. Medium body. Finishes herbal/sage/florals.
From notes. Enjoyed this at Mickey’s 30th birthday bash on November 05. 750 mL bottle. Bottle #4 of 62. The pour is a light cola color with some hints of ruby shining through. There is a small tan head that vanishes slowly, leaving a couple spots of solid lacing. The aroma is really floral. There is a ton of maltiness to this and a strange yeast and light acidity. The flavor is a little similar. There is a ton of floral notes and a traditional maltiness. The light graininess and the tart finish are taking me for a loop. The mouth feel is lighter and well carbonated with a lingeringly sweet malty, yet floral finish. This isn’t terrible. luttonm (6760) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 12, 2016

amber pour, off white head. Flavors are all over the place! Lavendar, honey, caramel, oak, wine notes, spices, herbs. Wow this is crazy. pantanap (3367) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 4, 2013
750ml bottle. 57 of 62. Thanks to Todd again of course... Pours like an oud bruin. Semi-transparent almond brown hue and topped with a pale fluffy beige head... Aroma of gin and florals. Nutty cherry aspects come into play with more of the gin floral presence taking precedence. Bit of nuttiness... Sour sweet earthy cherry base and gin a cents altogether. Medium bodied with adequate carbonation. Another scent addition to the series.
