COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is a one-off batch done in a Czech-style, using a slightly maltier base than the Engelberg and with Czech saaz hops and lager yeast. It’s firmly bitter but has a somewhat soft finish, making it a great summer quencher and alternative to both easy drinking goldens and aggressive IPA’s.

Tap @ Grain & Gristle... They nailed this one. A pale, golden, vibrant yellow pour with a nice, white head. Nice lacing. Mild body and mouthfeel, good carbonation and easy drinking. Full flavored yet no overpowering with bitterness or thinness. Resinous and earthy, grassy hops. Mile sweetness and grain husks, lemon, biscuits/crackers and a nice hoppy, flavorful finish.
