COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
After more than three years and hundreds of brews, we decided it was finally time to have some fun and make a good old IPA. No twists, no odd processing or ingredients, just a grip of pale malt, pinch of vienna and special roast and plenty of nugget, columbus and santiam hops. We snagged a pitch of yeast from a brewery down the street and let it rip in our conical fermenter.

At the brewery pours golden, clear, small head with very little retention. Light bitterness. Some flowers, mild dankness. Mild pale malt sweetness. Medium to light body.

Draught at brewery. Solid IPA with lemon and citrus and nice overall hop profile. Tasty.

Dark amber with a thin head. Bready, complex malts, mellow citrusy hops, restrained esters. Certainly not my favourite style but the malts are really nicely done on this one.

750ml, am I the first to rate this bottled? Hazy wheat golden pour, crisp white head that sticks around. Smell Orange, wheat, tangerine, lemon, floral, bit of caramel, and a splash of that dank pine. Taste all + apple, pineapple, fresh pine, juniper? Sitting in the glass for ~10 minutes and it feels like its going flat...carb could use some tweaks maybe? Overall quite a good classic ipa, well balanced, yummy!

On tap. Pours an orange amber with light head. Aromas and flavors of yeasty candied oranges with light earthy floral notes. Definite Upright yeast. IPA I dont know - maybe a Saison with PNW hops. Nice. Unique

Pours clear golden with a white head. The aroma has smooth citrus, mango, grapefruit but and semi sweet malt. It has a clean body with a good amount of carbonation. The taste has more of a dank character, kinda excessive. Its okay, but not for me.

Draft at 16 Tons Taphouse, Eugene. Pours a medium orange/tan, decent amount of off white head. Aroma is well balanced, some biscuit malts and resinous, body very lively for the style, finish medium. Not anything remarkable in any direction, just a solid beer.

On tap at Upright, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of piney and herbal hops, and crisp dry bready malt. Flavour brings out herbal, piney hops, dry bready ad cereal malts, and a nice hop bite on the finish. Wonderful bite, with a dry piney hop finish. Excellent.

Cask at the 5th Anniversary Party. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. A fruity hop nose, some tropical elements. The flavor is balanced between biscuits, lemon zest, a bit of dry yeast, more bitter orange peel, very fresh and solid IPA.

Golden amber. Hops in lemonade on the nose. Flavors brings some depth - just a bit of caramel and wood to counter. Nice.
