COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
After more than three years and hundreds of brews, we decided it was finally time to have some fun and make a good old IPA. No twists, no odd processing or ingredients, just a grip of pale malt, pinch of vienna and special roast and plenty of nugget, columbus and santiam hops. We snagged a pitch of yeast from a brewery down the street and let it rip in our conical fermenter.

Marheb (6343) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 8, 2017
(En fût à la source): Thé noir, pamplemousse rose, feuillage foncé et une corpulence svelte pavant la voie à une sécheresse ferme.

slowrunner77 (13418) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 8, 2017
Light orange. Floral fruity and fragrant, with a dash of pine and dankness. A hint of wilder yeast than the norm for the style, but all in all just a solid IPA across the board.

onceblind (11153) - Denver, Colorado, USA - AUG 31, 2017
Clear deep golden with a thin rocky white cap. Big dank flora hoppy resin nose with fennel and sticky pine. Cool crisp hoppy flavor that's earthy and floral and slightly fennel-ish again. Damp and dank with a lingering pseudo garlic like tone.

drpimento (3876) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 8, 2017
There is not much Aroma or flavor of hops except for some bitterness. This is more of a Saison. Soft palate lots of yeast lingering bitter finish.

Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours golden with a huge white head and a citrus aroma. There is an earthy pale malt flavor with a slightly bitter finish. Yes, pretty straighforward IPA.

On tap at the Upright Basement. Poured a cloudy orangish color with an off white head. Fruity and citrus. Sweeter.

tricksta_p (5473) - Steenwijk, NETHERLANDS - JUN 12, 2017
From tap at Upright, Portland. Aroma is Saison-ish Belgian yeast (almost a champagne yeast), bubblegum, soft pale malt, with modest tropical fruity hops. Flavour is sweetish and mildly bitter. Well, this is a ’different’ IPA with Saison characteristics. Interesting and enjoyable.
