Hazy yellow pour, white head. Light hops, belgian yeast, some light unripe stone fruit. Good on a hot day. JCS0629 (25) - Oklahoma, USA - JUN 5, 2014
A beautiful gold with a light head to start that transitions to a fine white lacing. You can taste the coriander, but the hops is a bit lite. A nice beer over all. Caytinator (1005) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - MAY 27, 2014
Can at a bar. So disappointing overall, i just feel like the recipe is f-ed up. Like it wants to be a wit, but the english hops is wrong. It would ’ve turned out just fine as a witbier. Mediocre, even as a weird hipster crossover. SudsMcDuff (8382) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - MAY 27, 2014
drank while talking to girl in a liquor store .. . decent foam, sausage casing yellow .. . yeast and straw .. . a mild take but nothing offensive .. . . i want to write a mystery novel… or do I? kidmartinek (4999) - austin, Texas, USA - MAY 19, 2014
Slight golden haze with slowly rising bubbles. Nice and easy going. Aroma is a little sharp and yeasty. Medium belgian yeasty flavor with a lot of rolling off fizz to sublimit it. Stronger mouthfeel than flavor. A refreshing change.

Taste is grainy with some fruity yeastiness and mild bitterness. White head, slightly hazy golden. Moderate carbonation and slightly dry. Aroma of bubblegum, grain, sweet fruit juice. RSRIZZO (1984) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - MAY 14, 2014
12oz can poured into a Tulip at 40°. Color is a bright gold with great carbonation yet produces a small white head. Aroma is a fruity Belgian yeast scent. It has a medium body giving a light and somewhat creamy mouth feel. Flavor comes on a mild malt base backed by lemon, coriander and a touch of white pepper, this is followed by a note of hop citrus and Belgian yeast. In the after taste a sweetness comes out turning the yeast to a pineapple taste. Overall its a complex and tasty brew. dlihcsnatas (738) - Temple, Texas, USA - MAY 14, 2014
Slightly hazy gold brew with a distinct aroma of floral hops. Taste is malty, slightly sweet, but balanced out nicely with the hops. Thick on the toungue and has a decent aftertaste that makes me want more. Plan to pick up a couple cases on my next visit to the store. Only complaint is the cans. Glass is recyclable too and since it’s GLASS there is no need to pour it into a GLASS. The top of cans can collect nasty things so I have to wash the tops before I can even begin to enjoy the beer inside even if I am pouring it into a GLASS. jgb9348 (6186) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - MAY 6, 2014
Rich, slightly hazy amber and copper coloured body with a nice two centimetre tall just off-white head. Aroma of yeast, mild bread, pale malt and some light floral hops. Medium-bodied; Strong yeastie and spice notes up front with some bread and a hop kick with some grassy and herbal notes. Aftertaste is dry with some herbal notes and a little bit of bread. Overall, a nice, but deeply bready and yeastie beer with some good flavours, but nothing spectacular. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased a few minutes ago at Whip In in Austin, Texas on 05-May-2014 sampled a few minutes later in my hotel room here in Austin on 05-May-2014. Florals and Belgina yeast are the dominate aromas rising from a slightly hazy straw hued pour. The thin white head quickly morphs into a ring providing little to no lacing. Belgian yeast, florals, herbs, and spices provide the flavors. Medium-light body and moderate, yet crisp, carbonation. Overall, while this beer drinkable, it is not as good as some of the other Upslope offerings I’ve sampled.
