Imperial pint can. Cinnamon aroma with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, lactose sugar and some nuttiness. Pours deep brown with one finger of mocha brown head that has excellent retention but little lacing. Starts with roasted malt and chocolate flavors as well as some nutty character and a silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes a bit dry, but the lactose sugar flavor mellows it and allows the cinnamon and more chocolate shine through. Pretty nice milk stout.
Deep dark brown hue under a thin light khaki head. Nice earthy roasty creamy aroma that’s got some bittersweet cocoa and a whisper of cinnamon bark. Smooth flavor that’s roasty and lightly cocoa’d, earthy, gently creamy and a semidry finish.
