Draft. Golden with a white head. Light and refreshing. Restrained. Nice character for a blonde.

Sample at GABF 10/08/2016, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Hazy orange-gold color with a medium thin white head that dissipates gradually. Sticky strings of lace. Fruit, yeast and malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of floral yeast, guava and bready malt. The finish is fruity with a tropical fruit aftertaste. Decent overall.

12 ounce can, best before December 15th 2016. Pours a hazy straw yellow with lots of foam. .shrinking slowly, lovely lacing. Huge Guava aroma with light coriander and lighter still, clove. Other fruit may be involved and my thinking says pear. Almost prickly pear like. Guava guides the way. I’m getting pear and the tiniest amount of coriander and clove. Youzza, this is a dry sucker. In a good way. On the lower side of medium bodied, ample carbonation. Pretty unique beer here and muchly I favour it. Prost!

On tap at Gordon Biersch SLC Airport, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out feint guava and a touch of Belgian yeast. Flavour is rather floral and soapy, with feint guava and some fruity esters. Not good.

3fourths (9367) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - FEB 27, 2016
Neutral starch and citrus aroma, smells of wheat, grist, faint floral soap and citrus pulp. Sweet, creamy, weizen-like banana esters and slickness of wheat in the mouth, but apparently there’s no wheat in this. It’s kind of syrupy and artificial-tasting with generic tropical candy fruitiness, light bodied with low bitterness. From draft at the brewery.
