3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draught at the brewpub. Looks like this beer might have gotten better over the years. I thought this was a really well made APA. Not an over-the-top recipe but tasty with citrus hops and caramel malt. Plus a kinda unexpected fuller, creamy mouthfeel.
Draft @ Old Market location. Slightly hazy glad. Aroma is citrus / mostly grapefruit with some mild lemon. Body is lighter side of medium. Pale grain body with a slightly / mild bitter finish. Respectable. Niko100 (2944) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 5, 2016

Draught @ Legacy location: This one pours a hazy, lighter coppery color. There was a thin white head that left some lacing. Good nose! Grapefruit, pineapple and a hint of pine. The taste is good. Just a bit bitter, with mainly grapefruit and pineapple hop flavors. Medium bodied. A good pale ale. unclemike (3150) - Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA - MAY 11, 2015
