On tap at the Legacy location. Pours a red brown color with a small off white head. A very malty aroma of mostly caramel. Lots of sweet caramel and toasted malts to the taste. Medium body and good carbonation. Complimented the jambalaya that I had very well and balanced out the spice from that. MetalNHopHead (2182) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - MAY 1, 2016
Firehouse Red Lager is about as mild-mannered and approachable as beer can get. Deep red pour with cream-colored suds. Malty aromas of toasted barley. Flavors like caramel and toffee. There’s some biscuit, too. A subtle tea-like fruitiness from the hops. Hardly any bitterness. Smooth and balanced. This’ll work with about anything. Draft Old Market. Light Amber color. Aroma is light toffee, lager yeast. Flavor is well, ... Painfully bland. I really tried to get something else from this. Maybe a touch of sweet toffee in the finish. ozzy70 (1283) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - OCT 17, 2015

Ruby red pour and thin beige head. Sweet aroma is mainly toffee and toasted bread. Hazelnut, caramel, sweet grains and dry toffee in the taste. Better than expected mouthfeel, with a rich and creamy palate. Light citrus hop finish. A pretty tasty beer arminjewell (9720) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - MAY 6, 2015
Pour on tap at the brewery, clear orange-red pour with white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, toffee, husk into a bit of red fruit, orange, slight spicy, yeasty notes in there as well. Taste was a mix of caramel, bread, dough, yeast, hints of fruit with some slight citrus, grass into a bit of grain, finishing dry. Ferris (16498) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 23, 2014
