12 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours hazy golden orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart key limes, lemon, citrus peel, pear, green apple, white wine, melon, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, key limes, coriander, sea salt, and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart key limes, lemon, citrus peel, pear, green apple, white wine, melon, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness; light fruit/wheat tang, and yeast/coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart key limes, lemon, citrus peel, pear, green apple, white wine, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, key limes, coriander, sea salt, and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/acidic, fairly saline, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.3%. Overall this is an excellent fruited gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, key limes, coriander, sea salt, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink, with the mellowly lactic/tangy/drying finish. Didn't notice any vanilla beans as mentioned; but this tastes just like key lime pie, so they nailed it. Perfectly balanced key limes with classic gose style complexity. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Tap at Man In The Moon. Pours pale yellow with a fizzy, white head. Aroma of lemon detergent (urinal cake), old person lavender and sticky, cheap perfume. Taste is yuzu citric, perfumy. Can't get over the urinal cake smell. Gross.

Gold pour. Aroma is light citrus funk. Flavor is flat tart funk. Dry crisp and clean. Refreshing beer that is done well.

Appearance: Darker amber. Hazy. Thin layer of tiny white bubbles. Nose: Tart citrus. Touches of salt, wheat and light malt. Taste: Lemon zest tartness. Dry malt. Touch salty. Maybe some spice Body: lighter and aggressively carbonated. Parting thoughts: quite an interesting sour. The color was quite atypical and they gave me a whole pint. Yay.

Straightforward key lime gose, with a big tart lime front and a mild, grainy middle, all surrounding a baseline sourness. Sort of dies out towards the end, though, growing more bready than sour on the finish, with a slightly briny fade. Lots of lime, not enough gose. Pretty, though, and the sparkly texture’s good for the style.

Man, i a digging a lot of gimmicky summer beers. Smells like lime juice, salt, and a few other less defined aromas. And, as always, a whiff of sea air. Taste is Lemon - lime forward, with some lightly salty notes. Nicely tart.

Draft sample to plastic glass at Fifty Fest 2016 pour hazy avg gold with thin white head. Nose big key lime, tart, citrus. Taste light tart up front, pine citrus then the salt late. I can see this being a good beach beer.

Prufrockstar (2132) - Moscow, Idaho, USA - AUG 20, 2016
Pale pour, somewhat cloudy, white head, short retention. Big juicy lime atop a pleasant and balanced gose base -- not too tart, just a dash of salt. Basically a refreshing juice for adults. Flavorful and easily crushable.

Glass at World of Beer Easton on 8/17/16. Clear amber pour with a medium white head. Aroma of crisp malt, some coriander and a bit of tart lime. Malty flavor with big coriander and slight lime before a bitter finish.
