UPDATED: AUG 13, 2017 On draft at the brewery
Aroma 8 /10: raisin and prune and I also smell something almost herbal, like chicory
Appearance 4 /5: Very pretty beer. Deep opaque brownish red with frothy white head
Palate 3/5: moderately carbonated, finishes with resin in the palate as expected for a bock
Taste 7 /10: prune, date, raisin taste is prominent but there's a sour touch to it near the end. Finishes sweet and malty.
Overall 16/20: a good bock, not too sweet and has some interesting fruit complexity. The slightly tart touch to it is nice as it adds character.

Bottle from gregwilsonstl, thanks for the opportunity!
Slightly hazy copper color with a decent sized off white head. Caramel and big fruity notes offset with a spicy earthy yeasty taste. Nice Weizenbock. Ibrew2or3 (8989) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - SEP 6, 2015
50cl bottle, courtesy of gregwilsonstl, pours with a near infra-red amber sort of colored body that supports a nice dark tan head of foam. The aroma offers up cherry nuanced banana, dates, a brown sugar note and then a bit of molasses. The taste is soft and sweet and fruity. I get raisins, cherries, dates, a dash of cinnamon and a blend of brown sugar, faint chocolate and molasses. Just below those notes lurk a few slices of sliced banana. This is pretty darn nice. bubblehouse (1635) - louisville, Kentucky, USA - JUL 3, 2015

UPDATED: JUN 22, 2015 Bottle at home. Aroma: Spicy, toasted wheat bread; light clove; light banana; a hint of orange peel. Appearance: A darker Weizen Bock from the Aventinus strain; pours with a dark, cola colored body with healthy carbonation. A foamy tan cap sit atop initially, and settles into a thick skin. Flavor: Clove and banana up front with more spicy, dark wheat character showing up afterwards; the finish is spicy and lingers on with a touch of tootsie roll chocolate. Palate: Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation, long finish. Overall: Another spot-on take from UC. I’d love to have this side by side with Aventinus. mstrcrwly (1000) - New York, USA - JUN 6, 2015

bottle from strykzone in 4/6 locals trade. another weizenbock = another good beer. some banana, much malt in aroma; darker pour for style (I think). Good flavors - several things happening - it all pulls together well - easy to drink with substance and flavor!! thegreenrooster (4674) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - MAY 6, 2015
Pour is a murky brown with a large tan head. Aroma is wheat, sugar, dark fruit and cloves. Flavor is a rich caramel malt with a bit of roasted nuts and some brown sugar. Finish leaves some fig on the tongue. This was a well done beer. Maybe missing some of the banana/clove thing but this was a very chewy malty beer with the flavors lingering after the swallow. Poured a clear reddish brown with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of caramel, wheat, yeast, banana and clove. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat, caramel, yeast and light clove with a smooth lingering caramel finish.
