COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stammtisch is an informal group meeting held on a regular basis – more directly translating to ‘table for regulars’. Our Stammtisch was brewed to celebrate this idea of community and socializing. It’s a traditional German pilsner featuring a blend of Hallertau and Strisselspalt hops, and we think it’s the perfect accompaniment to any friendly gathering. Help us make it a ‘regular’ around here!

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2017. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of straw, grass and sweet grains with a touch of biscuit. Flavor has straw, grains, hay and a bit of grass coming through.

(En fût à la source): Machable comme s'il y avait du blé, aspect ferreux docile, malts miellés généreusement badigeonnés et une buvabilité impeccable.

Canned 473ml. -Pale golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, light grassy nose. Malty, bready, mild herbal hoppy and touch of honey with rather dry bitter finish. Quite good. No ABV on the can.

Thanks Ogi! And his friend who brought it from NY. Golden, just so slightly hazy body, big white head, medium to low retention. Classic German aroma, spot on really, eggy, malty, herbal, honey, flowery, precisely what it should be like. Taste... nice! Flowery, honeyish, citric, medium bitterness. Tasty, bursting with noble hop flavors. Very much full bodied for what's supposed to be a German pils, but taste-wise very much genuine and fantastic. Long bitter aftertaste. Hats off, can't remember when I'd last had a better classic lager.

16oz pull top thanks Steve. Pours out a pale crisp straw topped with a white head. Nose is light grass some grain spice. Taste is more of the spice grassy and some soap.

hotstuff (5258) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - AUG 27, 2017
Rated on 8-27-2017. (Can) The appearance is a large frothy off-white head that mostly diminishes, transparent medium yellow body, slow rising carbonation observed, and one ring of lacing. The aroma is hops, floral, grassy, grainy, bready, and pale malt. The flavor presents light bitterness, lights hops, grainy, sweet, malt, and a semi-dry finish. The mouthfeel is clean and slick. This beer is light-medium bodied. This is an easy drinking beer with a malt finish. It is an ok beer as I did not find anything super special about it. It is worth trying though.

16 ounce can with a weird pop off top. Deep yellow in color with hops and floral notes. Nice.

Can. Slightly hazy yellow/gold body. Large, frothy white head. Aroma of wet straw, dms, grass, floral hops (light). The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Pleasant bitterness along with some light corn taste and huskniess.

Pretty decent pilsener like I recognize I’ve said this before. Pours golden with good head. Crisp finish. Tap at Savor.

From BandC. Very on style, has that distinctive yeasty mild sulfur mineral aroma of euro lagers. Perfect for beer garden. Serving: Can
