Draft served in shaker glass. Dark yellow with a nice white head, pretty clear with medium body. Grassy flavor with a long bitter finish. Very interesting nuance to this, for a lager.

500 ml Euro bottle into a dimple mug. Despite what the bottle says, I cant find a born on date. Aroma - Herbal hops, honey, fresh cut grass. Cereal (oat variety, hay. Fresh and bright. Lots of good things going on here. Appearance - Hazy gold. Fizzy, white head which comes as it goes. Taste - Sweet oat cereal/ grain and honey flavors initially countered by medicinal, herbal hops with a touch of citrus acidity. Finishes with a lasting grassy, lemon flavor. Palate - Light to medium bodied. Semi-dry. Overall - The world needs more unfiltered lager, with this one being a standard bearer.
