Draft. Golden body with a frothy, off-white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of toasted grain, dusty grain, canned corn, vegetables, grass. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Grainy taste. Too much DMS.

Nice aroma of toasty caramel. Nice yellow color with a huge white head. Sweet rich caramel up front. Smooth. peppery bitterness comes in next and is a perfect match for the sweetness. A surprisingly true-to-style zwickle. Cloudy yellow, straw and yeasty aroma. Very smooth yeasty flavour with decent bitterness.

Draft at taproom. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Doesnt leave much lacing. Clean and crisp on the tongue. A bit of a hop note on the nose that suggests floral. Its certainly quaffable.

Draught at Torst. Almost clear light straw. Not much head. Aroma is classic hay, light bread, a bit of citrus. Flavor follows with light crisp pith and soft grain sweetness. Feel is watery and fast. Nicely done and easy.
