This is quite pale, and cloudy. No head. The aroma has a fair bit of pedio on the nose. On the palate, quite thin. Touch of pedio. Light body, and not much flavour development. This one didn’t come together. CanIHave4Beers (4241) - Pouring Bus, Iowa, USA - JAN 17, 2017
Pours a pale straw color, pretty hazy with a small head that fades quickly.
The aroma is mild but lightly yeasty with some clean malt notes and light fruitiness.
The flavor is floral & bitter, largely dry with some light pear and apple skin. Tart & zippy.
