Bottle shared. Pours a deep brown with a small head that just leaves a ring around the glass. Roasted coffee, blackberry aromas dominate. Roasted coffee off the palate as well. Thin-bodied with a bone dry, roasty finish that lingers. Bulk_Carrier (6064) - Vermont, USA - DEC 5, 2016
Poured into an English pint glass, the appearance was a dark rugged brown almost black color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. No lace.
The aroma was practically perfect in it’s balance between the coffee bean to the cocoa bean. Bitterness to the sweetness - well balanced. Subtle vanilla is there.
The flavor lends a hand somewhat to the bitter side first but ends up balancing superbly between the sweetness and the bitterness. Superb dry coffee to cocoa bean aftertaste leading into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body balancing spectacularly between the bitterness and the sweetness of the cocoa and coffee bean. It moves so nice on my tongue without leaving barely any grip. Carbonation feels very good as well.
Overall, what a damn nice milk/sweet stout that I would love to have again! Spectacular in it’s entirety!

Bottle purchased at 7- Eleven, Kitter, ME. Nose is heavy on chocolate, light coffee, and definitely milk sugar. Pours pitch black with small brown head. gregwilsonstl (2743) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - SEP 24, 2016
Taste is coffee bean upfront and great malt depth giving a good roasty backbone. Body is actually more medium then full but the creamy smoothness kicks it up a notch. Alcohol is hidden and feel like a lighter stout. I only took 4 ounces of this because of the lactose sugar. (I have lactose intolerance ) however, I would have drank a lot more if I could. Great flavor and it hits the mark on a "breakfast" stout. Very nice.
No head, nearly flat. Dark black. Smooth milky coffee. Thick and black. So good. I guess I need to get Sumatran coffee now. Cybercat (6505) - Georgia, USA - SEP 18, 2016
Pours coffee sable with a thick, fine-bubbled, persistent tan head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma hits the nostrils with strong quality coffee, smoky roasted malt, semi-sweet chocolate and subtle woody hop tones. Rich flavor delivers quality coffee, chocolate, roast malt and molasses notes plus a snippet of hops. Viscous body presents good fizz. Eff cereal - have beer for breakfast! ;)
