On tap at Lunar Brewing Co., and snifter served showing a rosy, copper color, with a finger’s width of white head froth, and web-like cling to the lacing. The nose was slightly dank, with esters as light cherry & berry preserves, and not so much of the touted citrus. Medium bodied, with good carbonation, the taste was similar, adding some earthy bitterness, and light, Barleywine-like booziness. Not perceived as altogether fresh from start to finish, but a respectable DIPA, nonetheless.

Draft. A decent dipa, not gonna stand out in the market but good citrus and pine, not too malty.

Pours golden orange with a small white head. Lively carbonation. Aroma is of hops, citrus, and bubblegum. Taste is of juicy hops, bubblegum, and pine. Has a dry, bready backbone. Lingering bitter hop taste. Easy to drink. Not as bitter as I expected, but good.

22 oz. bottle pours a hazy dark orange with small off-white head but good lacing. Aroma is apricot and pine. Taste is not as bitter as expected. Flavore is mostly bready malts with hoppy bitterness at the start and in the aftertaste. Body is medium to full with average carbonation and a sticky mouthfeel. Alcohol is hidden. A satisfying local IIPA, but maltier than most.

Clear orange pour from 22oz bottle I got at their taproom. Orange apricot and pine aroma, like candy. Delicous pine and grapefruity taste, fruity with a hint of vanilla. Fantastic IPA

22 oz. bottle. Pours an orangish amber color with a medium white head. Big, strong citrus notes with lots of herbal and citrus peel notes. Strong boozy sweetness with mild bitterness. The bitterness is there but you have to seek it out. Pretty nice mouthfeel. Interesting.
