Bottle 500ml. @ home.
Hazy medium amber yellow color with grey notes, a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, rubber, light fruity - banana - clove. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, fruity, rubber acrid, artificial, synthetic, soapy. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft.
Bottle. Copper color, dusty aroma. Interesting beer - the bananas are there, but so is the sekt. I’m not sure I could have pegged the sekt without help from the label, but still good, none the less. Bierkrug (2129) - - OCT 18, 2010
500 ml bottle in Germany. Hazy coppery color with short white head, when poured correctly has a nice cloudy hue. Very over ripe banana and yeast aroma. Interesting taste might come from the Champain hopps that are uesed in this beer a very different beer but one that stands out. Superior beer. jfb (6573) - GERMANY - MAY 5, 2009
(bottle) pours a hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of banana, grapes, clove and wheat. flavour is the same, very heavy on the grapes and clove, slightly tart, a little unbalanced. medium body with way too much carbonation. shrubber85 (11570) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - FEB 20, 2008
Bottle. Very musty banana and wheat malt aroma. Hazy amber yellow with small head. Dry, musty wheat malt flavor. This tastes much more like a Saison than any Hefe - an extremely different German beer but excellent none the less.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass, too, although there’s not much foam. Tastes not as fruity as a normal hefeweizen, the finish a little bit sourish. Nevertheless a drinkable and good beer. Quack-Duck (9487) - Down South, GERMANY - DEC 28, 2007
bottle. Brwon colour, large head. Fruity and malty, very yeasty. Full-bodied and very pleasant. Hints of chocolate and toffee. TaxiDriver (1779) - Stadland, GERMANY - DEC 21, 2007
Bottle. Banana, moderate yeasty. Average white creamy head, cloudy orange body. Moderate sweet, average duration. Light body, lively carbonation, watery texture. HermanW (1069) - Coevorden, NETHERLANDS - AUG 4, 2007
The special champaign yeast did I not find. A good wiezen not more and not less. MoritzF (10068) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - DEC 21, 2006
(bottle) Hazy, orange colour with a big foamy off-white head. Yeasty, moderately sweet
Fruity-sour flavour, slightly sweet wheat- and barley-malty taste with citrus; light to medium body, lively carbonated mouthfeel. Slightly tart and fruity finish. Refreshing and fairly balanced Hefeweizen.
