rickgordon (3878) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JAN 17, 2006
Bottled. Pale hazy yellow. Clean fruity esters, seems very yummy. Unbelievably flowery hibiscus tone with notes of almonds and cherry stone. Wonderful, yet unusual weizen!

jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - JAN 13, 2006
Bottled. Strong lemon aroma. Cloudy, yellow color, large white head, fair lace. Light sweet, light sour, light bitter, lemon, hints of vegetable. Thin, little sticky. It’s not bad but doesn’t do it either, just under average.

jfm (1724) - Holbæk, DENMARK - JAN 7, 2006
Bottle. Golden color with a white head. Citrus and fruity body with light yeasty notes.

MiP (15920) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 14, 2005
Bottle. Weak wheat aroma, slightly acidic. Hazy golden colour, big stable white head. The champagne yeast gives it a cidery flavour. The wheat is mostly noticeable in the aftertaste, and of course the mouthfeel. Interesting beer.

Jeppe (2631) - Brooklyn, Alabama, USA - SEP 23, 2005
Hazy golden body, foamy snow white head. Rather artificial sweet apple and yeast aroma. Apple tones in the flavor as well, notes of fruit and yeast. Hints of banana. Not very good.

Ungstrup (37862) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 3, 2005
A hazy light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty, but also with notes of caramel, and the flavor is very much like the aroma.

Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 30, 2005
(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, pale golden with a creamy, white head. Weak, fruity aroma. Very pronounced and very typical fruity esters of banana in particular. Very high in carbonation. Smooth, soft and very refreshing. A nice Hefeweizen. 270705

Dixen (1465) - Flagstaff, Arizona, USA - JUL 29, 2005
Yeasty and sweet nose, some banana. Hazy yellow beer, small white head. Sweet banana flavor.

joergen (28377) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 29, 2005
Bottled. Hazy yellow coloured with a huge white head. Fruity aroma of spices and yeast. Flavour of fruits especially bananas with notes of spices.

Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - JUL 27, 2005
Bottled. Hazy yellow coloured. Loads of yeast and banana in the aroma. Rather sour and yeasty flavour. Very thin.
