Very good stout. Soft and simple but with almost all the elements you can look for in a stout.
Deep black color with a beige head almost nonexistent. No carbonation. Very intense and rich smell and aroma of roasted malt, wood, coffee, chocolate... Very refreshing with a great aftertaste. I only miss a better appearance (head and carbonation) and a bit of bitterness in the finish. Overall, good. presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 27, 2011
Bottle. Told this is best beer in Romania but also see best before Sept 2010. Black beer. Brown head. Soft roast scent. Moderate roast flavour. Tasty enough. Tastes more brown than black. Still nice soft roast flavour. Thanks to Glouglouburp. Holy (837) - GERMANY - JUN 30, 2011
Bottle at a Rustic Pizza Restaurant an hour South of Cluj. I’m impressed with this beer! Full bodied, rich bitter (seemingly bitter) coco with an aftertaste that lingers. Very nice! tderoeck (9471) - Gent, BELGIUM - NOV 7, 2011
6/11/2011 50cl can @ Klaas’ place - BB: 2012 (2011-627) Thanks to Catrinel for the bottle!maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - APR 10, 2012
Clear dark brown beer, creamy beige head, unstable, adhesive. Aroma: sweet caramel, some dried fruits, very ripe to rotten fruits. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet caramel, mocha, bit of red berries. Aftertaste: mocha, coffee, brown sugar. A bit sweet, but not bad at all!
Bottled. A black beer with a small beige head. A sweet lager. Notes of coal. A good malty beer which is more dunkler bock than dunkel in profile with a full body.

Thanks to ciocanelu for this 0,5l can, 13.01.2015, 19:38/6 mvciek (209) - - AUG 16, 2014
Dark in the glass with a beige head. Nose is sweet-malty. The beer starts very dry. No sweetness and a high drinkability. Even hints of roast in the mainpart. Not too deep in body, but there are hints of coffee or dark bread. The aftertaste is quite long, only slightly hopped, no sweetness, highly drinkable, nice roasted aroma.
Much better than expected. Quite a nice and light Schwarzbier. --> 10/12/10/10
Can. Deep dark brown with a small beige head. I have to agree that it tastes more like a weaker version of baltic porter rather than a Schwarzbier. Aroma is roasted, sweet, with hints of rasins. Medium full body, low bitterness. Rather sweet. Good. Cristobal37 (1123) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 9, 2014
A surprisingly decent schwarz from Ursus. I have their lager in Romania and it was nothing special, but this is much better. Reminds me of Kostriker. Sugar malts, kinda boozy finish. Great gift from Kolosvar! artemb (904) - Chisinau, MOLDOVA - APR 15, 2015
Aroma: roasted malts, burned bread, cramel, very light wine notes.
Taste: sweet, light to medium roasted bitterness, light sourness like roasted coffee.
Flavour has some roasted coffee, light liquorice sweeteness, dark malts.
Good roasted beer, maybe body is too light. mikkos (306) - FINLAND - JUL 7, 2015
0,5l can from somewhere in Romania. Really dark cola colored beer with smallish bubbly beige head. Aroma is dark bread, mämmi, chocolate, smoke, a but of ash. Taste is quite bready, a bit sweet, plums, fruitiness, hint of orange, espresso. Mouthfeel is a bit thin, co2 a bit higher than medium. Finishes sweet, smooth and a bit bitter. Rather good, better than expected :)
