3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma: Sourish, almost white wine-like. Funky, apple peel and pear flesh – very fruity. Fresh hops, but not as protruding as expected. Spicy yeast, overall very Belgian. Slightly fiery and with vague hints of earht armagnac and black cherries.
Flavour: Sweet, profoundly malty, slightly roasted (off given its colour). Some hop bitterness is discernable, making it slightly more drinkable than the average superfruity belgian ale. Overall extremely fruity.
Appearance: Light yellow with a fine-bubbled white head. Slightly frothy but thin.
Palate: Fizzy, quite thick, as though there were pearjuice in it.
Non la solita belgian strong ale. Frutti bianchi, resinoso, lavanda. Poi discreto velluto, alcolico, ancora frutta bianca, malto, erba, lavanda, delicatissimo mielato. Palato notevole, finale dolce e lievemente acidulo e astringente. Echon (535) - Århus, DENMARK - JUN 10, 2017
Amber. Discreet aroma with mild hops and yeasty spice. Powerful, sweetish taste, with light kandis sugar and phenolic spices. Quite bitter and warming finish. Medium body. Overall, a good pale strong ale. Rather powerful and bitter. The additional hops assert themselves in the finish, so this is not a belgian IPA in my opinion. fkoolen (1185) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - MAY 4, 2017
UPDATED: MAY 4, 2017 Bottle at home. Cloudy light golden colour, creamy white head. Belgian yeasty, lightly floral and citrus hoppy, grainy dry malts, clean, boozy. High carbonation, medium body. More like a nice saison than an hops/hoppy ale. prawlie (1583) - Berkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 3, 2017
Bottle from Londis in Goring. Bug spicy and farmyard aroma, and clearly heavily hopped. Peppery, bitter, but countered by good malt body. Very tasty crisp beer, and enjoyable. I’d happily have one of these again. rumore (491) - Rimini, ITALY - APR 27, 2017
From 33cl bottle. Pours slightly pale gold with white foam. Aroma is bready and citrus, probably a little spiced. Body is kinda dense. Taste is bitter, though with a clear underlying sweetness (honey). Finish is relatively long.

Hazy honey gold with big white foam. Fresh floral and dry hop aroma. Honey, almond, booze flavors with minimal hops. Finish is honey and a tickle of hop. Forgettable belgian ale. Rubin77 (2052) - Brussels / Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - MAR 6, 2017
F: huge, almost white, extremely stable.
C: golden, hazy.
A: malt, lemon grass, lemon, yeast, floral.
T: malt, floral, esters, banana, fruity, good balanced mild hoppy bitterness, hint of caramel, green pepper, yeast, almost to IPA style, very good and enjoyed beer, 0,33l bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck.

typical belgian strong ale with a solid taste and pleasant aftertaste. reasonable mouthfeel. rferrey (127) - Huelva, SPAIN - FEB 11, 2017
