Pours cloudy golden color with huge, creamy white head that lasts quite long. Very nice lacing. Nose is malts, yeast, grains, herbs and spices. Strong coriander smell, very pleasant. Thin to medium body with soft carbonation. Smooth texture. Taste is pleasantly bitter with some sweetness lingering in the background. Aroma is rich and full; malts, yeast, grains, licorice, a bit fruity, herbal, quite peppery and spicy. Very refreshing and beautifully balanced. Excellent brew. Delicious.

UPDATED: JUN 27, 2016 Bottle. Pours orange unclear color. Big durable white head. Lots of lacing on glass. Aroma of coriander, lime, hay and malt. Smells nice. Flavor is more peppery, spicy and yeasty. Light body. Again peppery aftertaste. Dry finish. Not so much hops character. Overall: Really nice and very drinkable. Only criticism is based on body of beer which is, for me, too light. And maybe some hops are missing. But still great.

Slightly hazy pale yellow colour. Thin, white head. Slightly sweet, grassy, caramelly aroma. Malty, slightly sweet beginning. Slightly bitter, grassy in the middle. Flowery, caramelly finish. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Rather light bodied, medium carbonated. Quite drinkable, good beer.

Cloudy slightly rustic golden with a thin and sticky white head. Big funky and wheaty bready nose with a saison farmhouse yeasty tone--almost woody as well. Full and complex Belgian blonde ale tones with a little bready toasty flavors, a barnhouse Belgian funkiness, light loss of fruit, and a dryish finish. Belgian blonde grains on the aftertaste.

Flesje thuis gedronken. Gougeel, licht troebel bier met stevige schuimkraag. Aroma is zeer fruitig en hoppig. De smaak is fris en fruitig (citrus). De citrussmaak en de hopsmaak blijven even hangen.

Bottle. Golden colour with a really big white head. Aroma has lots of yeast, some hay, bubble gum, banana and spices. Flavour consists of sweet malt, yeast, hops, a bit of spices, wheat, earthy, crisp fruit - all of this in quite a subtle and balanced approach. Finishes with a bit spicy of cayenne pepper. Very well balanced and easy to drink Saison. Good.
