Meilby (11366) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 1, 2012
Bottle 330ml @ home
Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, yeast, citrus and floral hops. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

ganache (5852) - New Jersey, USA - MAR 28, 2012
Bottle by 06-2014. Lightly fruity/candy sweet nose with yeast and earthy hops. Dull blonde with a creamy, lacing rocky white head. Taste is very dry with a heavy yeast character, has some doughy-bread touches into the aftertaste, where the spice kicks up and light noble hops bite. Hint of vanilla behind the wall of wheat. Lightly woody/resinous/scratchy medium body. Like the yeast character, but it is a little plain and is really the only thrust here (though the hops are well-conceived in a supporting role); maybe some malt variation would help?

mikey (503) - farmington, Utah, USA - MAR 7, 2012
The taste is of honey, lemon and cloves with that refreshing saison funkiness. There is a slightly bitter, dry finish but some citrus stays throughout.
