The taste is of honey, lemon and cloves with that refreshing saison funkiness. There is a slightly bitter, dry finish but some citrus stays throughout.

The aroma alone makes one to dive in and be overwhelmed. The soft head quickly passes while the sours and toasty notes from the spices take hold.

rand (1700) - SWITZERLAND - FEB 18, 2012
Bottle 33 cl from Willems - Grobbendonk (B). Muddy golden blonde, nice white head, persistent and creamy, laces, furious crackling. Aromas of malt, yeast, candy and hop. Taste bittersweet, drunk not too cold. It is mellow, fruity, lemon and zest, candy-honey, spicy yeast. The bitterness of citrus and herbs is present more with every sip. Saisonnière if you want ?
