Bottle 0.33l at Alexei Birthday party Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 15.10.2016. Pour it hazy yellow color with medium white head. Aroma sweet fruity and pinch of lemon. Taste sweet fruity, fizzy carbonation a lot, wheat, dry lemon on the back, easy drinkable, light body, thin feel, abrupt finish.

Pours cloudy golden with thick, white persistent foam. Toasted malt and slightly hoppy nose. Some estery yeast is there too. Medium body, light fizz and some slick texture. The wheat brings out some of the hops in the flavor, mostly floral notes. There is some pepper and coriander from the yeast. The finish is bitter. The flavors are somewhat complex but also mild. The musty

Jun. ’16. A 0.33 l bottle that poured a hazy golden-ocher body with medium sized head. Strong, pleasant estery banana, vanilla, then biscuit and coriander aroma. Lightly sweet flavor - fruity, sugary, biscuity, lightly yeasty but most of it went to that fruit note. Alcohol was also felt somehow. Sweet finish, candies and fruits like banana. Medium to full in body, smooth, creamy on palate. More a classical Belgian ale than a Saison, which didn’t bother me to enjoy it.

Hazy orange color. High carbonation. Very yeast-dominated aroma with some malt, pepper, and clove. Flavor is spicy (clove, nutmeg, pepper), but smooth, Nice round mouthfeel. Has some caramel in the start, but finishes phenolic and tangy. Sweeter than most saisons, but ultimately very balanced and drinkable. Very good.
