(Bottle 50 cl) Reddish brown with a warm orangey glow and a huge, deliciously creamy head. Complex, malty beer with the flavours almost queuing up to impress my taste buds. This is almost like a dry Sherry with a nutty character and only a discreet bitterness and a hint of sweetness. Very sophisticated, vinous brew. A real sipping beer. Yummy. 130401 Ingevara (910) - SWEDEN - AUG 26, 2002
A deep flavour accompanied by the right hoppyness and nothing disturbing. Don’t drink it too cold. Kåstå (1273) - Mol, BELGIUM - APR 11, 2003
Amber coloured beer with a light brown medium sized head. Malty, vinous taste. Slightly sweet start with a light bitter finish. Had this with a wonderful grouse dinner. Excellent to the food. jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - MAR 30, 2005
Buttery and vanilla aroma with remote some varnish. Orange/brown color, beige almost creamy head, good lace. Sweet, fruits exploding at the first sip, soft bitterness, light spicy and a little sticky. Oakes (17831) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 25, 2001
Oily and very earthy, with a very diminished hoppiness. Big malt accent and a lot of flavour.

Opaque ruby rd colour (duh) with a good, lasting creamy head. Big fruity and vinuous aroma. Flavour is both malty and hoppy, so i guess it’s well balanced. Texture is quite thick. There is a bit of alcohol in the finish. Dangerously drinkable. NosirIwont (2549) - Frederikssund, DENMARK - JUL 5, 2005
Bottle. Pours a hazy brownish red with an off-white head. Sweet, malty aroma. Flavour is sweet and fruity with notes of alcohol. Well-balanced. Round body. Has a red wine-feeling to it. I find it a bit too sweet, though. oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - AUG 2, 2005
Bottled. Copper coloured with white foamy head. Caramellish malty nose along with hops. Hoppy flavour along with a bit caramelly hints. Quite dry and a bit sticky palate.
