Tap at Osaka-jo Craft Beer Holiday Fall 2016, as "Ushi-Tora Fujin West Coast IPA". Not sure if this is the same as Uetake #063 or not. Very fruity nose, with cookies, cream, and quite citrus zesty. Clear medium gold straw color. Caramel, citrusy hopping, and more caramel. Quite a nose, indeed. Zesty and spritzy. Very tasty. Not quite as crisp of full-bodied as many West Coast IPAs, but very good.

On tap at the Ushitora restaurant/bar. Described as a "San Diego style" IPA by the server. Definitely hop forward with lots of resin and citrus flavors. Very crisp without much malt (which I was told is the style of the Experimental IPA). Nicely done variation of the west coast IPA!
