COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

By taste/palate, this is very close to the classic lager. While very light on the tongue, it has a distinct bitter finish. Texture is thin and makes it a very easy beer to drink.

UPDATED: APR 16, 2017 0.33l bottle from coop in zurich, 2.10 fr. pours a hazy pale golden with a medium white head. aroma of grass, hay, yeast, dough, wet grains, grape skins. flavour of grass and crackers/hardtack. this is actually a zwickl, but whatever.

I bought this bottle, in the coop, in front of Zürich Hb. I drank it yesterday at home. It is an average lager, drinkable. The color is yellow/clear, troubled. The carbonation is regular, a bit sparkling, thin and white foam. The taste is malty, hop, bitter, a bit watery, a perfect pint with the friends during the summer.

Clear golden color with strong carbonation but little foam. The smell is a little like wet malt. The taste is a bit flat, even though it has a large bottled carbonation. Some notes of wet malty grains and a slight grassy hop aromas. The aftertaste is a little malty.

Schöner weisser Schaum! Das Bier hat eine naturtrübe goldene Farbe. Sehr guter blumiger Bierduft steigt in die Nase! Herbsüsser Geschmack umspühlt den Gaumen. Im Abgang leicht bitter. Alles in allem ein gelungenes Bier!

From a bottle in a tall schooner. Pale golden pilsner. White head light lacing. Slightly yeasty aroma. Bready with some slight hoppy finish that prevents it from being simple.Hasn’t captured me.

courtesy of Toni Flükiger - clear golden beer with a poor head retention; light oily hoppiness, grassy and very slightly oxydized; medium-bodied, subtle carbonation, quite dry and decently bitter; more grassy notes in the finish
