Užavas gaišais alus - alkohola saturs 4,6%, nesatur konservantus, netiek filtrēts un pasterizēts. Fasējums-nerūsējošā tērauda mucās un 0,5 l stikla pudelēs.

Pale straw, medium head that quickly disappears. Nose has some floral notes, some sweetness, but unfortunately the papery-rubbery malt dominates the whole thing. Taste is an improvement over the aroma, it has some fairly nice and crisp malt to it, with some honey sweetness. Weak bitterness in the finish. Somewhat oily mouthfeel, some prickling by the CO2. This could be a premium lager if it had just a touch more body.

Flaska @ Don Basil, Ventspils. Klar guldfärgad med vitt skum. Dofter av säd, malt och majs. Smakar förvånansvärt bra för att vara en lager, där en viss honungssötma bryter in bakom säd och vitt bröd. Medelkolsyrig. Lättdrucken.

On keg at Lido in Riga. Pours a light golden colour with a fair white head. Aroma of caramel, barley, bready yeast and grassy hops. Similar flavours with a caramel linger. Mild carbonation and CO2 prickle. OK.

Medium foam that lasts a long time. A almost pale ale color. Small dry malty aroma. Fresh taste witha good high bitterness. Rather short taste without any hop taste.

Flaska @ Don Basil i Ventspils. Gul med vitt skum. Doften är ganska söt med malt och honung. Samma i smaken med en lättare gräsig beska som avslutning. Snäppet bättre än många industrilager men något för söt.

Draught. A bit hazy, yellow-honey colour, thick white uneven head. Aroma of honey and nuts. Taste quite good, with some tar-notes. Honey and bitter malt dominates.

Bottle, sourced in Geneva. Mid coloured lager with strong initial carbonation. Quite distinguished as a pale lager, decent enough malty base and then has a nice bitter hop finish. A tasty lager, also felt quite fresh. The bitterness made it very drinkable.
