COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Noget skuffet over IPA’en. Ikke meget humle over det, smager mere som en almindelig ale.

Camons (12440) - Hasselager, DENMARK - SEP 14, 2015
Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, light ripe and sweet fruit, paper notes. Flavor is light sweet, malt, yeast, paper, sweet ripe fruit. Thin body, average carbonation. Boring. 140915

MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUN 7, 2015
Bottle, 6.2%. Papery aroma, unpleasant hop notes. Clear shiny light amber colour. Small stable white head. Papery flavour, rotten fruit. Very unpleasant bitterness, unfortunately does not really go away for a while.

Bamsen78 (5400) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUN 2, 2015
Bottle. Pours clear amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with bready and hoppy touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of yeast and malt and bread. Bitter aftertaste. Very mediocre and very far away from anything called IPA.

UPDATED: NOV 8, 2015 Købt som klosterhaven fra Sorø Bryghus. Ikke sammenhæng mellem pris og kvalitet.. Der findes andre bedre IPAere end denne.

Off white head, light yellow tones in the cream. Clear golden body. Aroma; mild malts, tomato, dust. Taste; grassy hops, pale mild malts, bread. Pilsenerish on palate. Finishes on the bread side. Very mild for an IPA. [50cl br btl abv6.2%, [email protected], [email protected] Fyn DK]

This is a really bad IPA for the type. A blind test would be a lager and not a really good one either. Would be interesting how they would defend this one, maybe they have a point that noone on this site seem to understand?

A good lager... Oh! Is it an iPad?! Well, then I’m rather dissatisfied. But if you imagine it as a lager it’s all right. Golden yellow, no haze - definitely a lager yeast. Spicy hops as in a premium pilsner. Not recommendable.
