(Bottle) Pours pale amber with slight white head. Unpleasant aroma, mainly wet cardboard with hints of corn. Reasonable palate - light body with good carbonation. Taste is better than aroma. There’s a corny cereal backbone with some interesting tangy fruit notes. Very little bitterness, but a hint in the finish. Pretty bad, but drinkable. mjs (7532) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 23, 2016
(Sample from a 1 litre plastic bottle, thanks brunnsbe, 20160726) The beer poure pale golden. Its head was non-existent. Aroma had sweetness, paper and surprising fruity notes. Palate was light bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were paper, wet cardboad and sweetness. A rather well preserved one even though the beer was old. I expected worse. 1L plastic bottle - shared by Brunnsbe - thanks!rosenbergh (11682) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 14, 2016
Cidery aroma, certainly fruity. Massively oxidised taste, but far from unpleasant. Flat watery palate. I suspect this sample, which was presumably between 5 and 10 years old, might even be better than fresh!
Enjoyed at the SOPP 2016, Helsinki, Finland. Thanks brunnsbe & oh6gdx for this treat!

Cloudy golden color with no head.
Paper, newspaper and wet cardboard. Very papery. Might be quite old bottle.
Bottled (thanks brunnsbe!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy, some cardboard and mild sweet old malts. Flavour is very similar with also some slight notes of grains. umbongo82 (31) - Bath, Somerset, ENGLAND - APR 5, 2016
It’s refreshing on a south seas summer day. Standard tropics lager, nothing to write home about textical (1) - AUSTRALIA - APR 11, 2015 does not count
The best beer I have ever had. Where can I buy it back home? Samoa is too far to go! hawthorne00 (4035) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - FEB 12, 2015
Bottle. Gold with an inch of white head that lasts OK. Clean aroma of hay and light spices. Light bodied. Mild grainy sweetness, pepper, grass. Touch of sourness you often pick up in light lagers. Moderate but slightly harsh bitterness in a dry finish. I guess this is good nick. "May I ask what you expected to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically across the plains?" TedE (1392) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JAN 25, 2015
330ml bottle into glass. Green bottle, skunk nose. Nose does not get better in the glass. Pale yellow, good head, even carbonation. Chalky mineral water taste. Abrupt slight malt finish. It’s 37 degrees Celsius in Sydney this evening and this beer makes perfect sense right now.
