Fin (10541) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 20, 2017
330ml bottle consumed at La Perle Noire, Camping Des Chevrets, Tuesday 20th June 2017. Pours almost orange in colour, busy carbonation, sweet, reasonably juicy and with plenty of apple action going on but just lacking a tangy backbite, still I like it, sat looking out to sea, it’s a refreshing sipper. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish and fruity taste of apples, wood, some cinnamon and a touch of walnut, followed by a short, slightly tart and rather dry finish. Thin body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!
