Robe blond clair, très limpide. Mousse compacte et stable de tenue moyenne. Nez fruité - citron, banane - et levuré léger. Amertume moyenne, peu de rondeur. Arôme de citron rafraichissant, note de miel, bouche maltée. Aqueux, léger, sec, rafraîchissant. Carbonatation moyenne.

Bottle from Bacchanalia, drunk at home. Straw-yellow with a decent covering of white head. Icing sugar, yeast, and a gentle suggestion of allspice flood the nose. Sweet taste without being too sweet, although there is only a suggestion of hop at the end if the sip. Lemon drops and vanilla on the aftertaste. Enticing and certainly worth drinking.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 25A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 13:07. AROMA:medium-high malt aroma with a grainy sweet backround. moderate esters resembling pear drop. slight alcohol note, almost solventy. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. large white moussy head with very good retention. some lacing formation. TASTE: initial malty sweet flavor predominant with grainy notes on the background (low intensity). esters with very faint presence. low bitterness but with an almost dry finish.some solvent notes detected on retronasal. PALATE: medium-low body with high carbonation. slight alcohol warmth. fizzy. OVERALL: a good belgian blond with a fruity and alcoholic presence, complemented by a sweet malt character.
