Nice appearance with a hazy blond body, delicious lacing white head. Fine sourish and spicy coriander aroma with a light hop. After a while when the beer warmed up the nose and the flavor get richer. Medium body with a fine fruity and musty sweet malt, sourish yeast, fine coriander and hop spices. Fine carbonation, delicious aftertaste. Fine and drinkable belgian ale.

From Optimus Beer. In Val-Dieu glass. Playing A Foretold Affair. Pear and clove yeasty esters. Very smooth, so much that it feels a bit bad, too watery. Alcohol well hidden and low bitterness. Too foamy

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, brass colour with small, frothy, hafl-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, grainy and slightly alcoholic aroma, grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is dry, leafy, grassy and minimally floral hoppy, yeasty, pale malty basis, a fruity touch of unripe yellow stone fruit. Dry and well hopped, the nose leads on a wrong path.

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2017 Very precise and balanced. Clean flavours. Lemon, bread, yeast, subtle coriander seed notes. Lots of foam.

Bottle at home. Cloudy straw colour, white foamy head that disappears quickly. Belgian yeasty peppery and a light acidity, grainy and dry malty base. Medium body, medium-high carbonation.

Fris Belgisch blond biertje. Geel van kleur met goede schuimkraag. Ik proef geen broodsmaak, licht bitter.
