COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Val-Dieu Triple is the result of a long fermentation, scrupulously followed by the brewmaster. Its deep yet soft bitterness does not interfer with the discovery of its components. The taste of the hop comes through, naturally aromatized, accompanied by an alcoholic after taste. It can be associated with refined dishes and ranks among the great beers. It may be found in the some of the most exclusive restaurants.

Ingredients: Pilsen malt, Saaz and Spalter hops, sugar, live yeast, natural water from the region.

Hermod (8517) - Vantaa, FINLAND - JAN 19, 2018
33cl bottle from Alko. Poured deep golden color with a thick white head lasting. Spicy, peppery aroma. Honey notes, Belgian yeast, peaches. Apricotty finish with warmth, light booze. Smooth and ful bodied. A good triple, on the sweeter side perhaps.

Goudblond bier met witte schuimkraag. Geur: moutzoet, gist, licht fruitig, wat mirabel. Smaak: moutzoet, alcoholisch, wat appel, mirabel en een vleugje zurigheid. Goede koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: licht zoet en wat zurigheid.

mice (1102) - FINLAND - DEC 31, 2017
Hazy, golden beer with good cloudy head. Aroma has Belgium yeast, apple and other fruits & spices. Taste has fruits, apple mostly. Also Belgium yeast, light spices. Sweet, but also spicy dry. Easy to drink, basic Belgium tripel is not special, but still very nice.

jjsint (3606) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 26, 2017
Bottle from Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds (online order). Light to mid-gold, cloudy with a decent-sized foamy white head. Musty candy sugar yeast aroma with light lemon drops. Taste is out of this world for a Tripel. Sweet and sugary with a woody bubblegum flavour, with a touch of sour/bitter notes in the finish. Heavy carbonation without making the palate too aggressive. Every sip is better than the last. This is a lovely beer.
