COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Val-Dieu Triple is the result of a long fermentation, scrupulously followed by the brewmaster. Its deep yet soft bitterness does not interfer with the discovery of its components. The taste of the hop comes through, naturally aromatized, accompanied by an alcoholic after taste. It can be associated with refined dishes and ranks among the great beers. It may be found in the some of the most exclusive restaurants.

Ingredients: Pilsen malt, Saaz and Spalter hops, sugar, live yeast, natural water from the region.

Pours a huge thick head, was a bit too much for me. Taste was balanced, but a little boring, not much complexity. Also excepted a little more from the aroma. Not great for a Belgian ale, but good overall.

simontomlinson (435) - Blackburn, Lancashire, ENGLAND - AUG 15, 2017
Frothy white head left a rocky cover on a highly effervescent golden body. Floral, citrus, bubblegum & yeast aroma. Medium bodied, highly carbonated on the plate - sharp & prickly on the back. Cloying on the aft. Banana, sweet citrus, jam, honey & yeast tastes.

Una tripel di ottima beva, non molto incisiva ma che risulta gradevole sia al naso (buon fruttato), che al palato.

geolgau (298) - Cluj-Napoca, ROMANIA - AUG 9, 2017
Aroma is sweet and floral, with hints of yeast, spicy candy and just a hint of brett. Taste is very sweet and fruity, with candy sugar notes. Finish is dry and sweet. Good, but too sweet for my taste.

Nice light body hints of spun sugar, just a bit of caramel and against the hops becomes just a bit hopped spicy

ciocanelu (2600) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - AUG 1, 2017
Slightly hazy light golden color with soapy white head. Aroma has sweet sugar and malt notes with some floral yeast on top. Taste starts on the sweet side, slightly sugary, quite yeasty with some alcohol on the finish. Medium body, high carbonation. There is something about this belgian style strong ales I don’t really enjoy. It might be the candi sugar sweetness.

A belgian, golden Triple with white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, choriander, citrus, smells a bit cheasy. Taste is bitter and light sweet. Pearly.

Bottle at home. Cloudy light golden, big foamy white head. Sweet malty and Belgian yeasty: regular triple, nothing special but balanced. Low-medium carbonation, medium body.

330 ml bottle, bb 12.05.2017. Pours a hazy dark golden with a white head. The aroma is medium malty with honey, some caramel, spices (nutmeg) and lightly yeasty. Full body with an average carbonation, a medium to heavy sweetness and a light bitterness. Some noticeable alcohol. The aroma is malty (honey, sugar) again with spices (cloves, cinnamon), some fruits - ripe apples and pears, prunes - and light, herbal notes of hops.

0.33l bottle. Hazy golden body with a huge white head. The aroma starts earthy and floral followed by hay, bread and booze. The taste has notes of bread, spicy hops, hay, booze and some stone fruits. Decent tripel,
