Clear golden, medium head, aroma and flavor are both very light and mostly malts.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a bitter finish. The body is light. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Tap and bottle during ski week in Zermatt. (whenever we couldn’t find Guinness). Not a lager drinker, I quite enjoyed this. No notes.

[on tap in Fiesch] Sweet base malt aroma with a little hay and moderate, fresh noble hops. Clear straw with a thin, lacy, white top. Crisp hay and malt flavour with a healthy dose of fresh hops and a touch of sulfur/popcorn and corn/DMS. Light body, moderate to elevated carbonation, very slight bitter finish with a little tang.
