Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow-hued orange body with pearly bubbles. Nose is apple vinegar, yellow apples, apple cores, sawdust, wood and hints of straw and red fruits. Taste is sawdust, acetic acid, apple cores, wood and hints of red fruits, straw and citric peel. Mild bubbly body, semi-dry. Rustique, refreshing and very nice.

Tiny fizzy shortlasting head, slightly hazy light yellowish color. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, apple peel, sour apples, minerals, grass, apple cores, hay, brett, fruit stones, mild vinegar. Taste is dry funky sour-ish, apple cores, brett, sorrel, sour apples, citrus acid, minerals, mild vinegar, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

750 ml corked (but not "caged") green "wine" bottle, from Vinmonopolet Verksgt., Stavanger. ABV is 6%. Spontanously fermented, organic, no additives. Slightly hazy straw colour, still cider with only the faintest hint of natural carbonation. Nice aroma of fresh apples. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet (perhaps a tad on the dry side), with notes of cider apples. Easy drinking, okay.

Hazy light straw color. Aromas of funk, vinneagar and apples. Quite dry and sour, Notes of green apples with some barn-like funkiness. Cider is not usually my thing, but this one had a good balance.

[email protected] Tampere (backlog). Yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is white wine, mild vinegar, some sweet ripe apples as well. Flavour is rather much the same in a quite dry way. Pleasantly balanced.

andrepintado (3745) - Porto, PORTUGAL - AUG 2, 2012
75cl from el corte ingles, lisbon, portugal. Yellow color with medium/high carbonation. Taste is a little sweet and sour. Aromas of water and ripe apples.

Miksu (5052) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - JUL 19, 2010
0.75 l bottle (vintage 2008) at Vihreä haltiatar, Jyväskylä. Bright pale golden color. Fresh ripe apple and dry white wine (chardonnay) notes. Soft acidity. Almost no carbonation and no sediment, feels like watered white wine. Feels low on tannings but this is still somehow fairly mouthcoating.
