On cask at the Caley Picture House. Appearance - amber and hazy. Brown maybe. Generous fluffy head. Nose - redcurrants and toffee. Taste - burnt bread. Toffee, cranberries. Palate - close to medium bodied. Crunchy middle and end. Challenging but worth taking on. Overall - nice use of malts.

26th Oct 2017: cask half-pint in my local Wetherspoons. Amber bodied with a red hue, off-white head of lasting foam. Malty and semi-sweet, bittering finish. Liked it.

Cask @ White House, Luton
Ciemnobursztynowy kolor z niewielkimi czerwonymi refleksami. Piana biała, trwała, dobry lacing. W aromacie umiarkowane słodowe akcenty. Trochę ciemnych owoców, orzechów, karmelu. Smak dość słodki, owocowy, trochę herbatników i toffi. W tle owoce i ponownie lekkie orzechy. Tekstura niska, do umiarkowanej. Średnie nagazowanie, dość gorzki finisz.

Bottle from Marks and Spencer, Metrocentre, Gateshead. Dark amber in colour with a thin white head. It has a red fruity, malty and gentle nutty flavour followed by chocolate notes and bitter fruit on the finish. Not bad.

Swaroga (2224) - Warszawa, POLAND - OCT 5, 2015
Not a bad bitter to be honest. Not a complex beer and surely very narrow but better then the rest. Good bitterness and easy to drink. I kinda enjoyed it. Malt profile was also quite satisfying for a simple bitter.

wheresthepath (2424) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - SEP 27, 2015
Cask from the brewer’s own stall at the Thame Food Festival. Reddish-amber with a thick off-white head. Treacley bready malt with twigs and leaf mulch and a touch off orange. Too sweet and too twiggy for me, although judging by the number of people buying bottles of it at the festival and the high-ish ratings on this site I may be alone in this opinion.
