BIg caramel and toffee nose with a very clean and soft edge. Nice rounded mouthfeel with a delicate and yet robust depth of character, almost a bock like decoction character. Rich caramel coated vanilla wafers and tasty bread notes with just a touch of grassy hop notes, that are so subtle as to dance in and out of conciousness.
