NorCal December ’07 - To cap the evening off, Steve brought out this amazing beer which he had sitting in his cooler for...what did he say, 10 years? I couldn’t imagine how incredible this beer was when it was fresh or even with 3-4 years on it but it was still simply wonderul and an awesome way to end the tasting. An aroma wood, port, chocolate, and molasses. A nice blend of port, chocolate, wood, molasses and roast round out this beer. Thanks again to Steve for bringing it out.

Big viscous brew of incredible complexity depth and balance. Wonderful bittersweet chocalate and port notes harmonize wonderfully a huge mouthful of wow.
