Each bottle is made with the concentrated must of 20 selected apples, fermented at a low temperature and matured in French oak casks for 12 months. Made from apple must frozen post harvest.

Bottle shared by James at tasting at my house. Pours clear gold. Nose and taste of sugared apple, caramel apple, funky apple and iced apple. Medium body. It’s an ice cider. It’s delicious!

2oz sample sent to me by SlovakSniper (thanks Pat!). Light copper orange, clear, with medium viscosity. Aroma of sweet cooked apple, with spicy and brandy-boozy undertones. The palate also has low-medium viscosity and is equally tart and sweet, with flavours of cooked apples, fresh tart skins, and notes of oaky vanilla, spice, and just a hint of acetone as it warms. I liked the tartness, despite the lack of depth. Very nice.

2 oz, thanks to SlovakSniper. Vintage 2014. Clear deep orangey-light copper with no head but leaving some beautiful legs on the glass. Aroma is of caramelized apples, red berries, some oxidation notes and moderate spiciness (that includes cinnamon). Taste is sweet but I would say "moderate" for the style with some fun red berries tartness, caramelized apples, moderate spiciness and hints of alcohol. Medium body. Still. A bit oily mouthfeel. Finish is berries forward. It doesn’t have the depth of the best Québec ice ciders and the oxidation is a bit too much but it has a really fun red berries presence and tartness that makes it quite enjoyable.

Vintage 2014.

375ml bottle @ Alex’s(Thanks Farees). Pours a mostly clear copper colour with no head. Nose has lots of apple peal, brown sugars, and maybe even some old apples. Flavour has a nice apple sweetness toward the red variety, there is a slight sourness, while there is a starchy character that is different from most ice ciders. A great example of the style though different in its own way.

Bottle - Candy red apple and some spice. Clear orange. Sticky orange with red apple with some marshmallow. Very different, light acidity and some bitterness.

From 375ml bottle, bought at the Asturias airport, Spain. Pours amber red with no foam. Aroma is quote liquor-like, with notes of ripe fruits, cherries, nuts. Body is dense, with a good astringency and stickiness. Taste is obviously very sweet, with marked recall of rope fruits again, and of cherries in syrup. Finish is very long and sweet.

Sehr süßer, dennoch runder Beginn mit alkoholischen Tendenzen. Noten von Honig, trocken, helle Holznoten. Vollmundig, die Süße nimmt ab, dadurch insgesamt runder. Langer Nachhall. 9/11/11/11/12/11
