ruigo (2943) - PORTUGAL - OCT 6, 2016
33cl bottle. Dark brown with nice tan head. Good retention. Light roasted malts, nuts and licorice in the aroma. Fizzy carbonation and medium body. Taste is light sweet with coffee notes. Dry astrigent finish. Overall, unbalanced beer with too much carbonation.

Dark brown small off white head. More Belgian strong ale than stout slight tarte note plums and damson nothing wrong with it but misdescribed.

Aroma mostly of bread, caramel, a bit of nuts and spiciness Verylight color for a stout, it was not even deep brown Rather sweet, pretty watery for an imperial stout, very lightly roasted not a bad beer, but definitely not a stout

Hopverdju (1260) - BELGIUM - JUL 30, 2016

0.33 bottle.
Black color with a small, coffee-colored head leaving some lacing. Aroma of caramel, butter, dough, and vanilla. Taste is made up of coffee, malts, and some dark cake - it is sweet yet very delicate for a stout, I would not even classify it as an Imperial Stout. A medium body, a somewhat creamy texture, and a soft carbonation. Finish is medium long, very malty, and a tad too alcoholic. Overall the beer is mediocre and not particularly stout.

onceblind (9627) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 1, 2016
Not super dark black, almost like a schwarzbier, with a light tan head that evaporates a little fast, leaving no head at all. Nice chocolate-ish aroma and a faint licorice and biscuity nose. Smooth and Belgian ish flavor with some dark malt, no smokiness or roast, some smooth chocolate undertones, a faint Belgian yeast fruitiness, and some plum.

Zilverenmaan (192) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - JUL 1, 2016
Aangenaam aroma: voornamelijk vanille. Smaak eveneens voornamelijk vanille, daarnaast beetje zoetig, beetje zurig, slechts een hint van geroosterde mout. Bitterre afdronk ontbreekt. Mondgevoel olie-achtig, weinig koolzuur. Al bij al geen kwaad bier maar weinig uitgesproken of complex van smaak.

rikstar (2604) - NETHERLANDS - JUN 25, 2016
0,33l fles bij wapen van Wogmeer. Blijft altijd spannend anls men in België stout bier gaat brouwen. Deze is wel te drinken met wat koffie en melkchocolade, echter verfijnd kan je het niet noemen, daarvoor iets te dun en mat.

Dark brown large beige head. Taste is sour, malty sweetness with a short bitter finish . Disappointing

vickey9 (999) - Brussels, BELGIUM - JUN 6, 2016
Dark with a creamy head. Nose is coffee, caramel and a bit of riped plums. Body is medium, carbon light, texture thick. Taste is a bit sour. Palate is dominated by sweet and sour plums, coffee, chicory. Sour aftertaste. [email protected]
