One of four top-fermented fruit beers in this series, a cranberry beer with a pale lilac head over a milky cloudy, purple red beer dominated by sweet cranberry jam and -juice, honeyishly sweet, thinnish mouthfeel, bit creamy finish, fortunately not too cloying. Less off-putting and somewhat less artificial than most of their Floris fruit beers, but still not my taste at all. On tap at Rutland and Derby, Leicester. This is a historical rating BTW - hahaha. But true. This was like thick, tart fruit smoothie - nothing less. Hoorah full set of Frulis for me, as wife sits here furiously swigging the strawberry version. Melted ice lolly, yeah? madmitch76 (26368) - , Essex, ENGLAND - NOV 14, 2010

Warning! Early amateur rating! Sweet honeyish beer, Fruity but not obviously cranberry. Nice.
Bottle from Phil L at beermerchants.com, good work fella. The strawberry on tap is lovely, in bottles it’s poor. Not had this on tap but first impressions is it’s tastier than the bottled strawberry badger. Tastes a bit less chemical. Sweet and pleasant enough but needs more.

Bottle from Phil_l, via Beer Merchants. Thanks Phil! Pours sort of a milky pink, the dubious color of rouge old ladies wear when they are fading a little bit mentally and thinking they are 15 again. Seriously the most unclear beer I’ve ever poured out of a bottle. More milkshake than beer. Some pinkish head floats above the murk. Tinned fruit juice aroma, mostly cranberry but some dull orange and a dash of tomato. Flavor is initially a pleasant sharp fruitiness, but then transitions to a cheap sherry sweetness and old butter. Still kind of drinkable in an odd way, but very flawed. dj (639) - Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 11, 2008
Bottle, 250ml. A densely cloudy pink colour with fruit pulp and almost no head. Aroma of slightly sour cranberry. A cranberry flavour with some yeast and wheat notes. A little sweetness and a sour finish. Quite drinkable. Bart (2936) - Brussels, BELGIUM - OCT 11, 2008
Rather strange hazy red coloured beer with very light carbonation and a small white head. Fruity, little sweet aroma with a medium palate. Finish is again fruity, cherry and cranberry with a sweeter/ little sour touched ending. Medium one.
