suurjuust (3898) - ESTONIA - DEC 16, 2017
Tap. Brown beer, small off-white head. Nose is grain, malt, cocoa. Flavor is kinda of a mess, malts and chocolate sweetness seems like a nice pairing, but here it doesn't work and comes off as confused, especially with the sharp hop bitterness in the finish. Lingering dirty notes, a mix of hop bitterness and cocoa dust.

UPDATED: DEC 18, 2017 Tap (Koht, Tallinn) (6:4:5:3:11=2.9)
Messy sweet aroma, some cocoa powder messing up a decently malty beer. Sweet malty taste, flat and dead and slick. Why the cocoa here? I like bock: this subtracts from bock.

Marduk (8840) - Reval, ESTONIA - DEC 14, 2017
Tap. Deep copper color. Medium size, tan head, stays. Sourish, caramel, sweet, berries in aroma. Barley, roast, berries, cocoa powder, sourish in taste. Covers alcohol well. Dirty, barley and dusty in aftertaste. Doable brew.
