"With lemongrass and pandanleaf." Hazy yellow appearance. Aroma is very aromatic and citrusy. Flavour is sharp and fresh with some lemongrass coming through. Balanced well by a light sticky sweetness.

Tap at the brewpub. 250 ml into a shaker. Golden colour on the body, hazy, with a tall white head. Good retention, heavy lacing left behind. Aroma of yeast and lots of lemongrass. Nice tasste with lemongrass lime leaves, green tea, yeast, light white pepper. Medium thin body, soft carbonation, very dry on the palate. Very good and refreshing.

Tap @ Van Moll. Hazy yellow to orange colour with a small white head. Smells fresh, fruity, lemongrass. Tastes fresh, bitter, fruity, hoppy, lemongrass.. Reminds me of oersoep. Thin to medium body, nice fizzy carbo.

Draught: Served in a taster: Medium sized white foamy head on top of a hazy yellow colored beer. Aromas of wilder yeast, lacto, sweat, citric citrus, herbs and hops. Flavours of hops, citrus, herbs, some yeast, some pine and grapefruit, bitters. Refreshing, lovely! Aftertaste is a mix of earth, tabacco, hops, some citrus and a hint of spices. Low carbo, creamy silky mouthfeel, medium bodied and a creamy texture.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Opaque hazy pale yellow color, decent sized white head that leaves fair lacing. Aroma is lemongrass, lightly yeasty, fresh. Taste is incredibly fresh, lemongrass, a slight sourish hint, slightly herbs. Superb suitable body and carbonation. Impressive!
